Effective Monday, February 7th, we are open for in-person pet appointment services! Here's what you can expect:
In-Person Appointment Instructions
Only one (masked) human to accompany pet/pets into the building for all appointments/services.
While in the hospital, we ask that you please maintain proper social distancing
If you prefer to be seen via curbside, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate
Masks must be worn at all times while in our office. Please ensure you have your mask in place prior to leaving your vehicle. We will have hand sanitizers placed throughout the lobby and exam rooms that you are welcome to use.
If you are not feeling well, have a fever, or COVID-like symptoms, please remain at home and reschedule your appointment. If you are currently quarantining please remain home and reschedule your appointment. If you have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person within the past 10 days, please remain at home and reschedule your appointment.
We have created these protocols to ensure the continued safety of our clients, patients, and team and we genuinely appreciate your continued patience and understanding.
Due to the continued increase of appointment requests and our desire to be available to all the pets in our community as they need us, we have implemented a $35 fee for any appointment canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed completely. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
Need to refill your pet's medications? Please allow up to 72 hours for all medication refills.
We're kindly requesting all clients pick up written prescriptions for any prescriptions that they wish to fill outside of our hospital or official online store. It's important to note that, in order to complete an order through an outside pharmacy, clients will have to legally snail-mail the written prescription in.
When you buy locally from Sangaree Animal Hospital, you can be 100% confident that your product has been shipped safely and directly from the manufacturer in a manner that is safe and will maintain all manufacturer guarantees. Additionally, shipping delays (all too common nowadays) have caused some of our clients to miss important medication dosages for their pet. We can often get a product in stock more quickly than through an online retailer, and want you to be aware of the option to pick up a prescription in person.
If shipping is preferred, we strongly encourage you to utilize our online store. All of our products are sourced safely from the manufacturers, and your purchases will be automatically entered into your pet's medical history, ensuring that our doctors are completely up-to-date on your pet's care.
