We've always received excellent service since we relocated here from Georgia in April 2025. The veterinarian services are top notch and extremely thorough in diagnosing, examining and treating our two four-legged children. This recent trip was a follow-up for Doobie who had an ear infection. We were greeted and screened by Vet Tech Elaine and seen by Dr.Balzano. Both proved outstanding and Doobie now has a clean bill of health. I need to treat his ears to ensure he remains infection free.
Dr. Klein is so good with Bella. She was very thorough in testing, and gave us the costs upfront.The techs are great, too, and so is the front desk. Everyone is very supportive and friendly and accommodating. Bella came home with meds and was feeling much better with no more bloody diarrhea. We had two followup phone calls to see how she was doing, one from Dr. Klein and the next day from the vet tech. We are very happy at Sangaree Animal Hospital and can't imagine going anywhere else.
You all have been great every single time. I adopted my cat from the shelter and he has feline herpes. He gets really sick when he gets sick and you all always take the time to care of him, help us understand his situation and it means so much when the dr. Is listening. Very convenient and easy to get in for appointments most of the time! Heather I think was her name who answered the phone and she was very pleasant and very understanding! Couldn't expect any more.
Dr. Balzano has done a terrific job with all our dogs for years now. Elaine & Brenda (technicians) were very kind & gentle when one of our larger dogs developed an aversion to a required monthly treatment. No one minds treating small/cute animals, it's rare anymore to find professionals like those at Sangaree who don't have breed bias.

The staff at Sangaree Animal Hospital were so kind and compassionate when I needed to make the most difficult decision to let my precious kitty go. Can't say enough to thank all the care team throughout the whole process. You will all be in my heart. And a special recognition for Connie who was by my side and kept me informed the entire time!! Thank you!! Would recommend this office without question!!
